About the event

This four-week psychoeducational series for new parents explores the complex relationships that shape caregiving experiences. It examines the bond with the child, dynamics with partners, our self-identity as parents, and the impact of our own parents on our parenting journey. Each week addresses a different relationship aspect.

Offered in a small group setting to encourage optional discussion. A workbook will also be provided with opportunities for individual self-reflection, and take-home information.

As a pilot, Tender Beginnings Counselling is happy to offer this series for FREE.

Sign-up is required as spots are limited, and we ask that only those who are commitment to attending all 4 weeks sign up. A waitlist will be available should all spaces be filled.

Babies are welcome to attend with parents!
