Individual counselling sessions are $160 per 50 minute session.

A credit card on file is required to book your appointment. 

Payments are accepted following your appointment by credit card through our secure online system (Jane), or can be done via e-transfer to hello@tenderbeginnings.ca.

You will receive a detailed receipt following each session that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for counselling services under Registered Social Work. Please check with your insurance to confirm your specific coverage.

Tender Beginnings Counselling offers a limited number of sliding scale spots to help increase accessibility. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to discuss current availability.
